With a rich multicultural background and an adventurous spirit, Rachel brings a global perspective and dynamic energy to her role at JMS. Born to Australian and Scottish parents, she grew up in France before moving to the UK to pursue her university education. She holds a Joint Bachelor’s Degree in Russian and Business & Management, reflecting both her academic rigor and interest in international affairs.

Her early connection to the yachting world began during university summers, working as a Stewardess aboard a Sunseeker yacht in the South of France. Since completing her studies, Rachel has built a diverse and well-rounded career, beginning with a role at a corporate group in Mauritius, followed by five years in Australia, where she worked for a private real estate investment fund.

Rachel thrives in multilingual environments and brings an adaptable, client-centric approach to everything she does. At JMS, her strategic mindset and cross-cultural understanding help drive the company’s mission to be the first-choice service provider for superyacht owners, through innovation, quality, and unwavering customer focus. Rachel’s hallmark is her ability to think creatively while always aligning with the expectations and needs of an international clientele.

Rachel is passionate about snowboarding, which she credits with teaching resilience, both literally and metaphorically. The exhilaration of descending a mountain, surrounded by panoramic alpine views and crisp blue skies, deepens her appreciation for nature and perspective.
