ISM/ISPS system designed for your yacht

With growing global security concerns, JMS ensures Captains have expert support for safety and compliance. Our trained team provides regular contact and assistance, while annual reviews and audits verify all security procedures. External experts also assess policies and recommend improvements as needed.

ISPS Security Assessments & Audits

JMS performs ISPS security assessments and audits to keep yachts safe and compliant with international standards. We review procedures, address risks, and support Captains in maintaining effective safety and compliance systems.

Yacht Certification Compliance

Certification is key to Safety & Compliance. JMS monitors all yacht certifications, keeps them up to date, and supports Captains in preparing for, organising, and overseeing surveys. As regulations grow, we ensure full compliance and smooth audits.

Crew Certification Compliance

All yachts need to be manned with a healthy and competent crew, and there is a certificate for everything. JMS and our system help track and manage all these certificates and documents efficiently. This ensures full compliance and avoids costly delays due to expired or missing documentation.

Bi-Annual Audits

It is our view that managing Safety & Compliance is done on board of a yacht in a practical manner. Our experienced auditors will come on board for two (one day) visits per year. During the visit the ISM/ISPS system is discussed and audited. Where necessary JMS will help make adjustments.

24/7 Emergency Handling

JMS helps yachts plan for marine emergencies with 24/7 shore-based assistance. Our Emergency Response Centre supports owners, guests, and crew in evacuating safely and minimising damage. A specialised marine team is always on call to guide Captains through critical situations, from engine failure to piracy, ensuring fast, effective action worldwide.
